24/7 Emergency Services for Urgent Wildlife Removal Situations

Our Values

INTERVIEWER: If there is one thing you want your audience to know about your product or services, what would that be?

JASON SHEPARD: The biggest thing we want our customers to know is that we are one of the only companies that take calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round—even during holidays. Our motto is “Wildlife doesn’t take days off.” For example, imagine it’s Christmas Day and you find a snake in your garage. That can disrupt your entire day, but with us, you can reach a team member at any time, and we’ll handle emergency situations immediately.

INTERVIEWER: How do you want to be perceived in the marketplace?

JASON SHEPARD: Our goal is to be recognized as experts in what we do. We put a lot of effort into training our team to ensure they’re well-versed in the local wildlife and pest species we manage. We want to be the go-to company for any homeowner or property manager dealing with wildlife or pest issues. Our expertise and customer service are key to building that trust.

INTERVIEWER: How do you handle wildlife removal without harming the animals?

JASON SHEPARD: We rely heavily on our knowledge of animal behavior patterns. By understanding their body language, we can anticipate how an animal will react and ensure their safety during the removal process. We pay attention to whether the animal is defensive or aggressive and handle them in a way that minimizes stress and prevents harm.

INTERVIEWER: Do you offer ongoing maintenance or prevention plans to keep pests away long-term?

JASON SHEPARD: Yes, we offer customizable, recurring programs that not only prevent future issues but also control the population of pests around a property. For example, after removing animals from an attic, it’s crucial to address the environment to prevent a recurrence. Our plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of homeowners or property managers to keep wildlife and pests under control.

INTERVIEWER: What methods do you use for pest control, and are they safe for children and pets?

JASON SHEPARD: We use Integrated Pest Management (IPM), which focuses on preventing pests from becoming an issue in the first place. This method allows us to avoid using harsh chemicals. If we do need to treat an existing problem, we use green products that are safe for both children and pets. We apply them in a way that minimizes any risks.

INTERVIEWER: How quickly can you respond to an emergency wildlife or pest situation?

JASON SHEPARD: Our average response time from the initial call to arriving at the customer’s door is about 35 minutes. So, if someone calls about a snake in their house, we’re typically there within that time frame.

INTERVIEWER: What measures do you take to ensure customer satisfaction, especially in emergency situations?

JASON SHEPARD: We focus on three main things: response time, communication, and follow-up. We make sure to arrive quickly, maintain open communication with the customer, and follow up after the service to ensure they’re satisfied. Depending on the situation, we might also schedule follow-up treatments, like snake deterrent services, to prevent future issues.

INTERVIEWER: Can you assess and implement measures to prevent future wildlife or pest infestations?

JASON SHEPARD: Absolutely. We offer everything from snake-proofing backyards to wildlife-proofing homes or commercial structures. We identify potential access points and close them off properly to prevent wildlife from entering in the future.

INTERVIEWER: Do you offer any guarantees on your services?

JASON SHEPARD: Yes, we do. All of the services our teams perform come with guarantees, ensuring our customers get the results they expect.
