General FAQs

We provide all general household pest control services along with any wildlife services that may be needed. This means we can handle anything from ants in your kitchen to rats, raccoons and squirrels getting in to your attic or crawlspace. 

We are available 24 hours a day for emergency wildlife situations. If you find a snake in your garage, a mouse in your pantry, or a raccoon falls through your ceiling in the middle of the night, we can help! Contact us right away for assistance.

Our service area stretches from the Florida/Georgia border down to Ormond Beach. So if you are in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Flagler, or Ormond Beach, we can help you. 

Yes. We are licensed and insured to handle any pest or wildlife issues you may face on your property. This information can be provided by requesting it from your consultant or our office. 

We are certified by the National Wildlife Control Operators Association. This ensures that our customers can be confident in their decision to hire our team. We invest in the ongoing training and education of all our technicians. 

 We must follow all state and local laws when it comes to wildlife trapping. However, we work very closely with the Wildlife Rescue Coalition of Northeast Florida. We turn most of our animals over to them so they can be tested for diseases and then released back into the wild away from homes and properties where they may cause trouble again. 

No.  Unfortunately we are not able to assist with these situations. We would refer you to the Wildlife Rescue Coalition for assistance with injured or orphaned wildlife. 

No. For help with feral cats, you must reach out to your local animal control or humane society for assistance.
