Engel & Volkers is an international Real Estate Brokerage which was created in Hamburg Germany in 1977 to provide concierge level service to our customers. We work on this premise every day – white glove service, taking on as much of the details involved with a real estate transaction that our customers would like us to.

What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
Most people think of a Real Estate Agent as a half step above a used car salesperson. I have had to re-educate them on that!!
What is the most enjoyable part of what you do?
Helping my customers. If I listen, I really can provide a service that is needed and helpful. Looking for “just the right house” for them, or listing their home and guiding them through the process so as to be placed well in the market and get the most amount of return on their investment is always my goal. Doing this with them, knowing that they trust me to guide them is so rewarding.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
To continue the growth that I have seen year over year. 80% of my business is either return customers or personal referrals
